Sarkozy brokers Georgia peace deal

Sarkozy says Russian forces will leave core Georgia within one month as Medvedev insists on an international force for Georgia Sarkozy urged Russia to comply with a ceasefire agreement which Western governments say obliges Moscow to pull out troops that are still deep inside Georgia. Russia's Medvedev says Russia has received guarantee from EU on non-use of force by Georgia.
