CTA Blames Operator Error For 'L' Train Derailment

(Chicago, IL) Fourteen people were taken to hospitals after a CTA Green Line train derailed on the South Side Wednesday morning. CBS 2's Mike Parker reports the CTA said late Wednesday afternoon they believe operator error was to blame.
