(Chicago, IL) Judge Vincent Gaughan told Sun-Times reporter Jim DeRogatis' lawyers that if he didn't show up in court, he could be arrested. The alleged child pornography tape at the center of the trial was first given to DeRogatis. CBS 2's Dorothy Tucker reports.
