India bans smoking indoors

India's Health Minister announces a ban on smoking inside public and private businesses. The country's Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss announced the ban in Bangalore where he was inaugurating an emergency service block at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Science.
