Gov. Rendell Signs Smoking Ban

(Pittsburgh, PA) Governor Ed Rendell signed a statewide smoking ban into law today making Pennsylvania the 33rd state with some sort of smoking ban. As KDKA's Alison Morris reports, many people are welcoming its arrival.
