Dennis Quaid and his wife Kimberly take their 7-month-old twins for walk with the paparazzi on the tropical island of Maui

MAUI, HAWAII - Saturday June 14 2008. Dennis Quaid, his wife Kimberly Buffington and their twins, Thomas and Zoe, enjoy a stroll in tropical Hawaii. On the islands for Dennis to attend Maui Film Festival, the happy couple took it in turns to push their twins' double stroller as their young charges reclined in the warm Hawaiian sun. Quaid has recently said that he and his wife are planning to quit living in LA to move to his hometown of Houston. Not only will it mean a quieter life for the family, but also will help to put a devastating 2007 behind them. Last November, Thomas and Zoe nearly died after they were given an accidental overdose of the drug Heparin. The twins were given 10,000 units of the drug; the normal dosage for infants is 10 units. Following treatment, the babies are clearly doing well, but Dennis and Kimberly are taking action to help prevent such medical nightmares from ever happening again.
