Leash doesn't stop Snoop Dogg

Pink and 30 Seconds to Mars were the big winners in the MTV Music Awards in Australia but noteably absent was Snoop Dogg. The U.S. dominated nearly all categories with only a handful of gongs handed out to local artists. Celebrity blogger and one of the most hated men on the red carpet Perez Hilton didn't have to hide his long lens, he was invited to the ceremony.
