Peace breaks out on Little Dume beach in Malibu

MALIBU, CALIFORNIA - Following disturbing scenes the previous weekend when surfers clashed with the paparazzi on Little Dume beach, peace appears to have broken out in Malibu. Kept in separate areas of the beach by police, a couple of locals came across to the paparazzi to offer flowers as a token of calm. No fights or arrests occurred. The fighting the previous weekend was reportedly caused by young locals taking exception to photographers and videographers on the public beach who were recording Matthew McConaughey surfing.
