Oil prices rebound...again

After falling back for a couple of weeks, oil prices turned direction and rose after a surprising government report. A new government report sent crude oil futures up $4 a barrel in New York trading. The report showed demand was stronger than expected and caught many off guard. Bobbi Rebell reports.
