N. Korea: possible deal

The U.S. negotiator at talks between North Korea and five major nations in Bejing says he's aiming for an agreement by Friday. The basis of a potential deal appears to be the implementation of an agreement set out in 2005 under which North Korea would dismantle its nuclear weapons programme in return for aid and security assurances.
