Wolfowitz's American Dream

Paul Wolfowitz was at the European Commission HQ in Brussels on behalf of the World Bank to drum up support for the goal of giving every child in the world at least a few early year's education. The British finance minister Gordon Brown was also there; he's expected to take over as the UK Prime Minister when Tony Blair stands down in the next few weeks.
