Development innovator wins Peace Prize

The Bangladeshi economist has become the winner of this year's Nobel Peace Prize, beating off competition from 191 candidates. Muhammed Yunus was awarded the prize in acknowledgement of his work to lift millions of people out of poverty. His bank, which was founded in 1976, helped fellow countrymen to set up their own businesses.
