Fatal floods hit Thailand and China

More than 2 million people in 46 of Thailand's 76 provinces have been affected by flooding. In China continuous rain since early October flooded the southwestern Yunan Province. Worst hit was Jinping county where 180 houses were wrecked, two were killed and three were reported missing.
