Heidi and Spencer spend an afternoon looking at multi-million dollar properties in Malibu

MALIBU, CALIFORNIA - **EXCLUSIVE** America's favorite couple, Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, spent an afternoon looking at multi-million dollar properties in Malibu. The Hills TV stars viewed a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom beachfront home that was listed for rent at 90,000 per month and another property in the hills that was listed for sale at just under 12 million. The couple met with a realtor and he personally gave them a tour of the properties.
