Jacksonville, FL -- FOX30 Posts to Video List on main FOX page - A St. Augustine disabled couple is fighting in court for the right to use a golf cart for transportation around the streets of the city. A judge has ruled that that type of vehicle is not allowed on sidewalks and now the couple is facing a fine.
