Newscom Presents: China's Earthquake Victims

With less than three months before the start of the 2008 Summer Olympics Games, China is grappling with the effects of Monday's 7.9-magnitude earthquake outside Chengdu in Sichuan province. With the official death toll at 15,000 and expected to rise, 2,000 soldiers arrived to help with relief efforts and repair the roughly 391 small dams damaged by the quake.
