Chemical explosion rocks town

Six months ago, the plant's parent company, EQ Industrial Services, was fined 32-thousand dollars by the state Department of Natural Resources. Investigators deemed the plant failed to run a facility that minimized the possible release of hazardous waste. However, the plant passed a recent inspection about a week ago.
