Paris suburbs react to Sarkozy win

In many neighborhoods on the outskirts of Paris, poor French and foreign residents are skeptical that their lot will improve with the right-winger Nicolas Sarkozy. He has promised to cut down on crime and increase job opportunities as president, but his muscled discourse has made many -- especially recent immigrants -- nervous about reforms to come.
