UN warning to North Korea

As speculation mounts over when North Korea will conduct its first nuclear test, the United Nations has insisted Pyongyang return to the negotiating table. It's believed a device could be detonatated two-thousand metres inside an abandoned coal mine close to the Chinese border. This could reportedly happen as early as Sunday to coincide with the day Kim Jong II was appointed head of the national defence commission.
