Georgia hands over spy suspects

Georgian authorities carried out the handover to the conflict prevention organisation as tension mounted between Russia and it's neighbour over the spy arrests. The OSCE - or Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe - has invited Russia to also take steps to decrease tension.
