27 sentence is 'disappointment'

A judge at the UN tribunal in The Hague pronounced him guilty of murder, extermination, deportation, persecution and forced transfer of non-Serb civilians. But he said Krajisnik did not have the specific intent necessary to be found guilty of genocide. He was acquitted of that charge.
