Little Rock, AR -- FOX16 Top Stories of the day - All of the linemen who went to Louisiana to repair damage done by Hurricane Gustav are back at work here in Arkansas. But, right now tens of thousands of Entergy customers are still without power, and thousands more who get their power from other companies are in the dark as well.
