In another video, he encouraged U.S. soldiers to "escape from the unbelieving Army and join the winning side." The U.S. Justice Department said Gadahn had given himself to America's enemies with the sole intent of betraying the United States. The American faces treason charges and is being added to the FBI's Most Wanted list of terrorists.
