Scientists research hurricane behaviour

It's the end of another season for the world's expert storm chasers, but in Senegal scientists are only just beginning to analyse data recorded over the past few months. A new study has been set up by NASA to try to understand how hurricanes develop over Africa before hitting the Atlantic coast. The results could help forecasters predict storm conditions much earlier than ever before.
