Mortgage rates drop

Mortgage rates are at their lowest levels in 37 years. Homeowners may be able to take advantage of the lowest mortgage rates in almost 4 decades. Interest rates are getting close to 5 percent, and a Federal Reserve plan could bring them even lower in the New Year. Makaiya Brown reports from New York.
