Court throws out alleged Klansman's conviction

A panel of judges overturns life sentences handed down to alleged Klansman James Ford Seale for his role in the 1964 slayings of two black teenagers in Mississippi. They said the 40-year delay between crimes and conviction was too great. (Sept. 10)
