After collapse, traffic on new Minneapolis span

Traffic is flowing again on the Interstate 35W bridge across the Mississippi River in Minneapolis, almost 14 months after an old bridge collapsed, killing 13 people. The new bridge was completed early and on budget. (Sept. 18)
