Car ban fuels Bolivian protests

Demonstrators tied naked to crucifixes are the centerpiece of a protest against a ban on imports of older cars. The bizarre protest was one of several that flared up over the ban on imports of cars made before 2004, which the government say are a threat to safety and the environment.
