Poll anger in Algeria
May 17, 2007
Elections have been held in Algeria for a new parliament, where it's expected the ruling National Liberation Front (FLN) party will win. At the same polling station where President Abdelaziz Bouteflika voted, one of the country's main opposition leaders clashed with electoral staff. In a country shaken by suicide bombings in the capital last month, the election is being closely watched.
