Citigroup ignites Wall Street
March 10, 2009

Citigroup's CEO Vikram Pandit said in an internal memo that the company was profitable in the first two months of 2009. Meanwhile, Federal Reserve Chief Ben Bernanke said the recession may come to close in the next three quarters if the banking system can be stabilized. Diane King reports from New York.
