Family Of Hit-And-Run Victim Makes Appeal

(Los Angeles, CA) 138 people died in hit-and-runs last year. Already this year 119 have died. Today, the family of one victim, along with the LAPD, reminded drivers to slow down and be more cautious. Sylvia Lopez reports.
