(Pittsburgh, PA) Two new groups have come forward to support the Pittsburgh Promise. As KDKA's Andy Sheehan reports, the Buhl Foundation and the Pittsburgh Foundation each plan to donate $3 Million to underwrite college tuition for public high school students.
