WEST HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA - It's out with the old, in with the new for Playboy extraordinaire Hugh Hefner. The 82-year-old mogul, who recently split from 28-year-old Holly Madison, proudly showed off his two potential new girlfriends, 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon, as he signed copies of his latest memoir, "Mr Playboy" at Book Soup in West Hollywood. Hefner happily signed autographs for fans and gave advice to a young lady wanting to know how to become a Playmate. Tuesday, October 21, 2008.
