DR Congo rebel leader 'arrested'

Rwanda forces have arrested the Congolese Tutsi rebel leader Laurent Nkunda, whose recent military offensive in eastern Congo displaced a quarter of a million people. The arrest of Nkunda occurred during a joint Congolese-Rwandan operation which was launched this week to hunt Rwandan Hutu militiamen operating in Congo.
