Toxic toothpaste recall

Officials in the Dominican Republic recall some 90,000 tubes of Chinese toothpaste that may contain lethal chemicals. Chinese officials have said they plan to strengthen domestic food safety even as worries grow about its manufacturers' use of toxins and fake ingredients. China has called for an investigative team to probe the toothpaste incidents.
