Deeds to Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch have been transferred
November 13, 2008
LOS OLIVOS, CALIFORNIA - According to official documents, the title to Jackson's sprawling property was transferred to Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC (Limited Liability Company) on Monday. Sycamore is understood to be a joint venture between Michael Jackson and a division of a company called Colony Capital. The ranch is packed with roller coasters, locomotives, sculptures, a Ferris wheel and even once had a zoo with exotic animals but fell into disrepair after Jackson was acquitted of child molestation charges in 2005. He has also struggled to pay his debts in recent years, resulting in the financial difficulties with Neverland Ranch. Wednesday, November 12, 2008.
