Save the whales again

New calls to save the whale have been made ahead of the International Whaling Commission's annual meeting in Alaska this week. Representatives from at least 75 countries are expected to attend. The focus will be to debate whether or not the 21-year-old worldwide moratorium on whaling should be lifted.
