India 'not planning' Pakistan attack

India's Defence Minister denies plans for military action against its neighbour but demands action over the Mumbai massacre. The minister's denial of possible military action in response to the Mumbai attacks it blames on a Pakistan-based militant group came as India marked the 37th anniversary of its victory over Pakistan in the 1971 war which resulted in the liberation of Bangladesh.
