Costa Rica quake kills 3

A strong earthquake kills three people, including two children and causes extensive damage in Costa Rica. The U.S. Geological Survey said the 6.1 quake's epicentre was 20 miles from the Costa Rican capital and caused shaking for about 40 seconds. The quake triggered landslides and damaged buildings in San Jose and rural areas.
