Spotted exiting the Byron Williams hair salon in Beverly Hills, a freshly-coiffed Nicky Hilton fights with her umbrella to get it to open. Flummoxed by the rain shield, Nicky returns inside the salon where a friendly member of staff shows her how to operate the distinctly un-Californian device. Nicky then walked to her car but found she then didn't know how to close the umbrella, resulting in a tussle which she lost!
