CALABASAS, CALIFORNIA - Britney Spears has leased this million Mediterranean estate in Calabasas while she has another home built nearby. The pop princess has leased this home dubbed Chateau Suenos, which in addition to being offered for sale at ,990,000 was also available for lease at ,000 per month. Spears is believed to be having another home built nearby but construction on that home is not expected to be completed for at least another year. The 10,300 square foot plus Mediterranean/ French Provincial/ Hacienda style home is located on a prominent view site lot in The Estates section of The Oaks development which is essentially a very expensive gated community within an already expensive gated community overlooking the Valley side of Calabasas.
