Kim, who was out shopping in Beverly Hills wearing no makeup, enlisted friends including Frankie Delgado to help her hide from photographers as she made her way to her custom Bentley. Frankie and a pal covered Kim with bags from Chanel, Fendi and Louis Vuitton to help her hide and, once in the car, she flipped photographers the middle finger while grinning ear to ear.
