Proposed gang law unconstitutional?

Salt Lake City, UT - ABC4 Local News, Salt Lake City, UT - SALT LAKE CITY (ABC 4 News) - A proposed gang law in Utah is raising some. If passed it will let communities designate gang-free zones. It's been approved by both the house and senate. It's now up to Governor Jon Huntsman to decide if he'll sign it into law.
