Oil Spill Near Ill. Caterpillar Plant

A holding tank at a Caterpillar facility in Ill. broke open early yesterday morning, spilling about 65,000 gallons of oil sludge. Most of the oil spilled on land, but 6,000 gallons seeped into the Des Plaines River. (Feb. 9)
