Pension funds sue UK bank RBS

Troubled British bank faces court action from pension fund holders. Two British pension funds are to sue Sir Fred Goodwin and the Royal Bank of Scotland in the American courts for hundreds of millions of pounds, according to reports. It's the latest in a string of blows to RBS, who were forced to hand over most of the company to the British government after its spectacular collapse.
