From 147 dollars in July to just 40 dollars today. The collapse in oil prices will be top of the agenda as the 13-member Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) meet in Oran, Algeria on 17th December. The cartel is widely expected to cut production in an effort to bolster prices.
