NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA - Britney Spears kicked off her Circus tour in New Orleans on Tuesday. She danced and sang through a three-ring extravaganza, complete with jerking contortionists, freaky illusionists, manic aerialists and blogger Perez Hilton, who opened the night with a video montage. Britney debuted her comeback to eager fans in the nearly sold out 19,000 seat New Orleans arena.
