Dalai Lama "fully committed" to middle-way approach

Tibet's revered spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, marked the 50th anniversary of a Tibetan failed uprising on Tuesday. Looking back on his exile, the 73-year-old monk said leaving Tibet was "the right decision." Meanwhile, Tibetans in Dharamsala held rallies protesting against Chinese rule.
