Cars Damaged by Falling Debris in River North

Emergency crews responded this morning to calls of a building explosion in the 300 block of West Superior Street in the River North neighborhood. Several cars were damaged by fallen building debris. A spokesperson for People's Energy said the debris may have come from a chimney collapse due to a exploding boiler.
