Donor show hoax

A Dutch reality television kidney donor show is revealed as a set up. Makers of the show, which is co-produced by Endemol, the company behind 'Big Brother' and 'Fear Factor' announced it was a hoax after it aired on Dutch television on Friday (June 01). The chairman of Dutch broadcaster BNN which aired the show said it was a tribute to the company's founder, Bart de Graaft, who died of kidney failure five years ago despite several transplants.
